So then we got another iPad for work in my name and it was the first request of the teachers. But when I installed it on this iPad, the activity buttons don't work, and it keeps asking if I want to get an upgrade. I tried reinstalling and the same happens. All the other apps that I've installed on the new iPad work just fine. can you help me with this issue? I couldn't find another email address for you. Thank you!
