iDemo 1.1.0 out

Posted on January 10, 2011

It’s been a long time due. We’ve update iDemo with some really cool features:

New Features
– Added iPhone 4th Gen & iPad device shell.
– Automatic proper device selection upon connection (can also be manually set via menu).
– Device can now be rotated in all directions, by 90° increments, via menu or command+left/right keys.
– Shell can now be resized or stretched so iPad or iPhone 4 can fit on smaller screen resolutions.
– Can now enter device IP manually for when network topology prevents Bonjour from working.

Changes & Fixes
– USB now working with Display Recorder.
– Added support for iPod 4th Gen.
– Improved Multi-Display support.

Enjoy!

Please can you make this also work on 3G and on USB connections? Right now I do not want to use my work WIFI I want to RD using USB and surf and use my iphone 4 on my 3G network so it’s not tracked or monitored by the company.

    Many people will want this.

Got it working via USB a couple of weeks ago, but now only recognized via Wi-Fi. Why is that?

It would be a nice feature if you guys could detect screen orientation from the iphone. The program is great at showing the screen but having to manually rotate it takes away from it.

Sorry, but downloaded the trial on my Windows 7 laptop, and it won’t open after I click the icon. Nothing happens at all. Any idea why?

hi!! i’ve been using your software for a couple of days and is very good!! i like it! i just have one question: im having some lag when using via USB, is that normal? because over WIFI is almost the same framerate im having via USB. And by the way im using the windows version. My OS is W7 ultimate 64 bits on a very powerful machine, so the performance issue wont be because of my hardware. Thanks!
